What data we collect

The FireWatch AI system is used for smoke and fire detection to allow rapid intervention in the event of a fire.

This system captures images of the territory and analyzes them.

There is the possibility that in the captured images there are portraits of people, in this case, automatically, the system anonymizes the image so as not to allow the recognition of the person himself (see photo)

The images are saved on our servers for seven (7) days after which they are permanently deleted.

Anyone who thinks they have been portrayed by one of the detection systems can request information about it using the following email address: info@ firewatch.cy.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide detailed information regarding the detection of the data subject as the images are anonymized and there is no possibility of tracing back to the original image. In any case, we will do our utmost to provide all the information requested in a comprehensive manner.
