Detection near Kalo Chorio

On September 23, 2023, our advanced Firewatch AI system detected smoke originating from over 10 km away in Kali Chorio, Larnaca. The distinct color of the smoke indicated a rubber or chemical fire. Immediately, our Operations Centre alerted the fire brigade, who confirmed the activity was part of a National Guard military exercise which they already knew about, and was under control. This detection further proves that our technology ensures rapid detection and response, keeping communities informed and safe.
